Participants learn how to manage the process of negotiation from planning through implementation using tactics that best fit a particular situation. Fast-paced and highly experiential, the program provides ample opportunity to practice negotiation skills and receive feedback from experienced trainers and peers. |

Positive Negotiation Program© |
|
This management training and communication skills program teaches participants how to influence and create agreements that last. Participants will develop a proficiency in a variety of influence styles and acquire a higher standards for reaching qua;ity agreements that last.
The benefit to participants is that at the end of the program they have a clear picture of their individual negotiation style and what they need to work on to increase their effectiveness and develop their negotiation skills to enhance relationships. This program can be anywhere from a three to four days in length. It can be customized to fit a particular groups needs. |

Advance Negotiation Program© |

The Advance Negotiation Program is an extension and higher level of the Negotiation Strategy and Tactics© program. This is a hands-on, highly interactive and experiential workshop with more practice and coaching for the participants. The program is designed for participants to practice negotiation using exercises, role plays and case studies. |
